· Make informational materials available to the public
· Announce public meetings

Second Half of March, 2004
· Hold public meetings
· Provide on-going opportunities for public to provide input via mail, email, and phone

First Half of April, 2004
· Complete written summary of public input received in March

Mid April through Mid May
· Consider public input received in developing preliminary draft ANR policy

Mid May through Mid June
· Administration review and approval of draft ANR policy

Mid June through July
· Draft ANR policy released for public review on web
· Solicit public comment on draft policy (public comment perioded August 2nd)

August
· Consider public input received in revising draft ANR policy
· Submit final ANR policy to ANR Secretary for approval and adoption
